Madame Charlotte loves that situation when she can abuse her power over a male prisoner. His hands are secured in the pillory and he kneels in front of her leather boots.
He is watching how she lights up her cigarette and knows what will happen now. Charlotte uses the situation to ask him question about his last breakout try. While she enjoys her cigarette she firmly grabs his balls and repeats her question. Needless to say that she drops all the hot ash of her cigarette into his mouth. She makes clear that she expects a clean tongue everytime she orders him to open his mouth.
She is so dangerous. Although she smiles at him there is no doubt that she will hurt im in the next second. Guess where she puts out the hot cigarette...
