The recruit is commanded to do a large number of push-ups. He is already weakened but he tries his best because Madame Catarina is known for her cruelty.

She makes it much harder laying her legs on his back or putting a booted foot on him. He moans and pants but he doesn't reach the ordered number. Madame Catarina takes a very heavy flogger in her leather gloved hands and for every push-up the recruit doesn't manage he gets a brutal hit on his back. With heavy chains the slave's hands are attached to his neck then he must do sit-ups. But he is to low to reach the ordered number. Madame Catarina brings down her black whip very hard to punish him.

Then the recruit has to repeat the stupid motivation prayers again. Madame Catarina stands behind him with a thick cane in her gloved hand. This makes the slave so nervous that he doesn't say the prayers in the right way. Hit by hit with the cane comes down on his ass and again and again Madame Catarina oders him to repeat the prayers...
