Madame Catarina enters the room with one of her slaves, known as the bootlicker. He has to wear a mask with only one flexible tube to breath. The Mistress wears a classy leather outfit and high society pumps.
While having a cigarette the cruel lady starts to play with her slave. She covers the tube with her gloved hand, making the bootlicker smelling the leather of her expensive gloves. Then she blows the smoke of her cigarette into the tube so the slave has to inhale it. No chance for fresh air... he is forced to smoke now.
Lather she orders him to lay down under her spiky high heels. She holds the end of the tube close to her legs, high heels and feet. This way he is "allowed" now to breathe the flavour of his Mistress.
