Especially when it comes to Miss May and Lady Jolie Berrie. They give everything to get the last out of their slaves. And who survives this agony of caning, whipping, and flogging? Who has what it takes to be the last to leave the room? If it were a matter of color, slave number 1 would be our favorite... but there's so much more at stake here.
