Bound under the rack he is used again as an human ashtray by both Mistresses to make absolutely clear where is place is! After the cruel bullwhipping Lady Pascal and Madame Charlotte allow themself a cigarette break. They use the chance to demonstrate their power over that worthless slave. One Mistress pinches his nipples with her sharp fingernails and at the moment he opens his mouth for screaming the other Mistress drops her hot cigarette ash into his mouth.
They make sure again that he is nothing without their mercy, they spit into his mouth and his face. After all he is allowed to beg for his collar again...
